Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the dot777 Platform. dot777 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. If we discover at any time that a Member is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the Account, void all outstanding wagers, and return any real-money balance to the payment source used for deposit. Any winnings accumulated by an underage user will be forfeited.

2.2 Residency. The dot777 Platform is designed and operated primarily for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are prohibited from registering.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the dot777 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether in their own name, a family member's name, or under an alias — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances and winnings being forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information. When creating your dot777 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if any of it changes.

3.2 Username and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. dot777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify dot777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification. dot777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or SIM driving license);
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account used for deposits);
• A selfie photograph holding the identification document, if requested.

3.4 Verification Timeline. Until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction, dot777 may, at its sole discretion, limit the functionality of your Account, including restricting withdrawals. dot777 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.

3.5 Accuracy of Information. Any Member found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time will have their Account immediately suspended. All funds in the Account may be withheld pending investigation, and dot777 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dot777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in Indonesia:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. dot777 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dot777 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within five (5) m inutes. In the event of a technical delay on the part of a third-party payment provider, crediting may take up to two (2) hours. If your deposit has not appeared after two hours, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the dot777 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. dot777 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of submission during standard operating hours. The maximum processing time for any withdrawal request is twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Independence Day), or where additional verification is required.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal may be processed, the Member must:

• Have completed KYC verification to dot777's satisfaction;
• Have wagered their deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) on any real-money game or sporting event;
• Have no pending dispute, investigation, or account review outstanding;
• Ensure that any active Bonus Funds have been either forfeited or fully met the applicable wagering requirements.

4.7 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dot777 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any conversion from a foreign currency to IDR prior to deposit is the sole responsibility of the Member and will be subject to their payment provider's exchange rate.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. dot777 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. dot777 reserves the right to:

• Decline a bonus claim where the Member does not meet the stated eligibility criteria;
• Withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to acceptance;
• Modify or cancel a running promotion with reasonable notice;
• Void bonus winnings and close an Account where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusion is identified.

5.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. Using automated software, bots, or coordinated group strategies to exploit bonus offers constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dot777 employs pattern-detection systems to identify such activity, and any Account found engaging in it will be immediately suspended without entitlement to any outstanding bonus balance or related winnings.

5.5 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions. dot777 may run special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events such as the BRI Liga 1 season and Piala AFF tournaments. These promotions are subject to additional terms published at the time of the offer.

6.1 Sportsbook. dot777's sportsbook covers pre-match and in-play betting across more than 50 sports disciplines, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets include Asian handicap, over/under, 1X2, correct score, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) options.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by dot777 at the time of placement. dot777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager without prior notice. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and confirmed on-screen.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event type. Current limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. dot777 may adjust stake limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including limiting the maximum payout per bet on specific markets.

6.4 Obvious Errors. In the event of manifest error — including pricing errors, incorrect odds, or typographical mistakes — dot777 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Members. dot777 will not be bound by any odds that were clearly posted in error.

6.5 Casino and Live Casino Games. All casino and live dealer games on dot777 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game results are determined by independently certified random number generators. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Member's device and the result recorded on dot777's servers, the server record shall be deemed definitive.

6.6 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets available on dot777 operate on fixed-odds payout tables published within the game interface. Draw results are sourced from official or certified data providers. dot777 accepts no liability for delays in result publication caused by the data provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dot777 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform as a mechanism to move illicit funds;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any competitive game format;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing dot777 staff or other Members;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or decompile any portion of the dot777 platform software or intellectual property.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the dot777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dot777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. dot777 grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the dot777 name, logo, or any Platform content in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent from dot777.

9.1 Data Collection. dot777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

9.2 Data Security. dot777 employs industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect Member data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalled databases, and restricted access controls. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is entirely immune to risk, and dot777 cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 Marketing Communications. If you opt in to marketing communications during registration or via your Account settings, dot777 may contact you with promotional offers, news, and platform updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in the Account settings panel or by contacting support.

10.1 Platform Availability. dot777 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. dot777 will not be liable for any losses — including lost wagering opportunities — arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Wagering Losses. dot777 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by a Member through wagering activity on the Platform. All gambling involves inherent risk and the possibility of financial loss. Members acknowledge this risk fully and accept that dot777 is not liable for their gambling outcomes.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dot777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. In no event shall dot777 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — even if dot777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting dot777 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

11.2 Closure by dot777. dot777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• dot777 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7;
• dot777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• The Member has not logged in to their Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (inactive account closure, with balance returned to the registered payment method after reasonable notice).

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or by dot777 — the Member's license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any outstanding financial obligations survive termination and remain in full force.

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dot777 is incorporated and licensed to operate. In matters relating to Indonesian consumers, relevant Indonesian consumer protection principles will be taken into account in good faith.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and dot777 relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be escalated to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

12.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English, which is the governing language for all interpretive purposes. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

13.1 Right to Amend. dot777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Members' rights or obligations — dot777 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, notifying Members via their registered email address.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the dot777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure under Clause 11.1.

13.3 Version History. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
